the course
The course is designed to help you feel at ease with acrylic paints, teach you to see the world through the eyes of an artist, master the interplay of light and shadow, and equip you with the tools to paint realistically while infusing your work with spiritual magic.
We will navigate the delicate balance between will and intuition, and connect with our souls and spirit through the creative process. Regardless of your level of experience, the most important thing to bring is your commitment to dive in and let inspiration flow from within onto the canvas.

We will paint daily from Sunday to Friday, with sessions running from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and enjoy a free afternoon on Wednesday. The studio will also be open outside these hours for additional individual practice and exploration.
To ease you into the creative process, there will be group talks, sharing circles, and guided meditations.

​
I am a passionate explorer of the realm of painting, dedicated to creating art that embodies visions and magic. I've learned many things simply by trying—often failing—and trying again. After more than 25 years of being a self-taught artist, I attended my first painting retreat in 2024 at the Academy of Visionary Art in Italy, under the guidance of Autumn Skye Morrison. There, I experienced firsthand the immense value of learning from a teacher who can show you more effective ways to create, identify common mistakes, and guide you through your creative process.

For the past two years, I have been offering 1-day workshops in Tenerife, which have shown me how much I love sharing what I've learned on my artistic journey with others. I strongly believe that creativity is an inherent quality we all possess, with the capacity to heal us on many levels.

location & accomodation
The Eco-Finca Miraflores, located just a short drive from the airport or the port of Santa Cruz de la Palma, will welcome us with its expansive garden filled with lush greenery, vibrant flowers, fruit trees, and charming spots tucked amidst the foliage. We’ll be greeted by stunning views of the sunrise and the majestic mountains of La Palma.
The cozy house offers four double or triple rooms, two indoor and one outdoor bathroom, a kitchen and dining area, an oracle cave, a yoga terrace, countless outdoor garden and forest areas, and the best feature of all: an amazing event space that we will transform into an art studio for the week.

We will enjoy three light, fresh vegetarian meals each day to support our bodies and minds during our extended painting sessions. The meals are partially organic and include locally grown fruits, vegetables, and cheese.
Dietary adjustments for specific needs, such as vegan options or food intolerances, can be accommodated with prior notice.

Amanita, our warm-hearted host, is an experienced medicine woman, naturopath, trained ecologist, certified nurse, and sound healer. She brings over 20 years of expertise not only in her specialized fields but also in hosting numerous retreats and ceremonies. Amanita will welcome us with an open heart and a wealth of knowledge to enrich our experience.
