Set in the tranquil and picturesque Eco-Finca Miraflores in La Palma, surrounded by lush subtropical greenery and ocean views, we’ll explore a layered approach to acrylics — a gradual process that builds depth, light, and realism. You’ll learn to create from structure toward atmosphere, combining technical steps with your own intuitive flow.

ABOUT ME​​​​​​​​

With more than 25 years of painting experience, I my work has evolved in the

direction of visionary realism, using a multi-layered approach that

weaves structure, light, and intuition. My technique has been refined through

years of personal exploration and periods of advanced and mentorship with

experienced artists.

The painting approach I share is not a quick one — it’s a deep, patient, and

reflective journey into seeing and creating. I believe that creative expression

is a vital human capacity, especially now, as our world moves further away from beauty made by human hands. My teaching is dedicated to helping others rekindle that spark and create from their own authentic source.

Situated 15 min. drive from La Palma’s capital Santa Cruz de la Palma, Eco-Finca Miraflores is a retreat center perfect for stepping outside your daily life and emerging into deep creative and transformative process carried and supported by the powerful nature of La Palma. 

 

Accomodation

The finca offers four cozy double rooms, each with its own charm and artistic touch.
In three of the rooms, double beds can be separated into single beds.
There is one private bathroom, one exceptionally beautiful shared bathroom, and an outdoor shower set in the lush garden.​​​​​

FEES INCLUDE

• Accommodation in shared double or triple rooms

•   Full board (3 daily meals are prepared by our professional Italian chef using fresh, often locally sourced ingredients. The menu is vegetarian, with vegan options available upon request, and can be adapted to your specific dietary needs.)

•  5 1/2 days of painting course 6-7 hrs/ day, 1 free afternoon (the studio space stays open 24hrs/day, so you can paint as much as you wish)

• All supplies and materials 

You will leave with your 30x40cm canvas, a smaller practice canvas board, brushes & palette.

 Note: If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer to enjoy the magic of the place or explore the island, you can notify me and I will make further arragments with our host Amanita. The price is €42,-/person and night with self-cathering.  There is a supermarket 5min. walk from the finca and lovely fully equipped kitchen.
